Using BlogRush to prove Entrecard Works
Since I still consider my blog to be a very new blog I generally try out any “free advertising” I can find. The 2 that I have found most beneficial are BlogRush and Entrecard. Here is the interesting fact, blogrush tracks some stats for you on a dashboard and have a look whats happened since I’ve signed up with Entrecard on January 13th:
That is quite a spike in traffic! Now I know many of you will say that its junk traffic, but is any form of publicity bad? Is that even possible? Thats a debate for another time I suppose. Suffice to say that I am exceptionally impressed with my results from Entrecard!
I just signed up EntreCard myself and noticed the same results. It truly does generate much more traffic than BlogRush. I wrote a similar post on my blog the other day with reasons why EntreCard is so much better. Check it out!

I think you will find Entrecard visitors are not all junk. I get most of my traffic from search engines. I recently started my blog which isn’t even coming up with the search engines. But, since the beginning of the year my blog traffic has been over 3500 page views.
Now, the interesting thing about all this is the fact that my Entrecard just goes to my home page. The home page is not included in the blog traffic count. The only way to get to the blog from the home page is to take action and click on a link.
So, I believe that Entrecard is sending me active readers. I have many comments on my blog. This means the Entrecarders are commenting. Plus, my feed reader numbers are up too. So, I don’t think you will find the Entrecard traffic is all junk. Some of it is, but you will find a very strong community within Entrecard. Plus, your Alexa numbers will go up too.
Well as long as the traffic continues I am happy, unfortunately it has dropped slightly over the last few days but I put that down to the fact that I haven’t posted anything new over the last few days
I think that Entre Card is better than BlogRush because you get proof that actual people visit and take the time to
comment.
