From Couch to 5K - A simple running Program
Being a developer I generally sit all day, go home, relax for a while then do some research or spend time with family or friends. Over the course of the last 3 years its pretty much been a bad diet and a lack of exercise. Until I found this running program today : http://www.coolrunning.com
This looks simple enough to follow and hopefully I’ll be able to get fit for the first time in years. I’ll post my experience with this on my blog so that you can decide for yourself whether it is worth it or not.
